The movie takes place after the events of the second film. Franky (Michael Jai White) is still in prison, but he's now a legend among the inmates. A wealthy and sadistic businessman, Simon (Dolph Lundgren), arranges a new, more brutal death race to take place in a Mexican prison. Franky must survive the deadly competition and take down Simon.
