A: Thank you for having me! My journey into mindfulness began about 10 years ago, when I was struggling with anxiety and stress. I was working a high-pressure job, and I felt like I was losing myself in the process. I started practicing mindfulness as a way to cope, and it completely transformed my life. I noticed that I was more present, more focused, and more at peace. From there, I became passionate about sharing this gift with others, and MindUnderMaster was born.
